Pressing service
Te Horo Olives offers a processing service to growers in the region and will cater for both conventional and organic growers. The press is located at:

The service is operated from a purpose built press house meeting all food safety/hygiene standards. The press team will be managed by Elaine Stevens and all team members will be food safety certified. For organic growers, a team member with organic certification will also be available.
500kg bins will be available at the press house for the receipt of olives. Our objective is to process the olives within 24 hours of arrival to ensure the quality of the oil. Growers will need to supply their own containers for the oil (either stainless steel or food-grade plastic – no glass). A forklift will be available to unload 500kg bins and load large containers of oil.
